Day 23 - Food Journal

Breakfast

Triple berry smoothie with whey protein
Water

Snack

Almonds

Lunch

I had to go into the office for a team meeting

two pieces veggie pizza
one piece of cake
water

Driving home was a bit stressful. I had that urge to stop by a store and pick up some junk food. Thankfully, I did not do it.

Dinner

Baked BBQ chicken
cabbage
water

Snack
