Day 10 - Food Journal

Breakfast

Greek yogurt with raspberries (dairy and protein)
one boiled egg (protein)
coffee and water

Lunch

Salad (veggies)
Chicken (protein)
water

I've been too full for snacks today. I don't know if it's because I ate too much or all the water I'm drinking. It's really hot today. I'm thinking about going to the pool for today's exercise. We'll see.

Dinner

Turkey burger patty (protein)
Green beans (veggie)
