Sample Meal Guide

I've been online researching meal plans. Most of them are great. So far I like the handy meal guide I found on Get Fit with Ange.


Breakfast:
--carb
--dairy
--fruit


Snack:
--protein
--dairy
--fruit


Lunch:
--carb
--protein
--veggies


Snack:
--protein


Dinner:
--protein
--veggies
--carb (but try to not eat carbs at night!)
