Day 6 - Food Journal

On the top of my list of things to do today is create a meal plan.

Breakfast

Cream of Wheat, Greek yogurt w/strawberries
Coffee and water

Snack


Apple and cheese

Dinner

Subway veggie and cheese, Coke Zero, and chips

Snack

popcorn
