After hitting snooze three times, I hop out of bed, drink
some water, do some dynamic stretching, and hit the road. Today’s
workout wasn’t as hard as I expected.
I can’t believe I’ve made it this far.
I was so nervous because my legs, despite icing for two days, were a
little sore. I am very grateful my
training is going so well. Three more
weeks to go! I do need to update my playlist :)
