My event is about a month away. I am sooo nervous. I've tried not giving into these thoughts. It's not working. So, I decided to just watch the thoughts and let them pass through my mind. Hopefully, they will dissipate into the nothingness from which they came.
I can do this!
I am going to pass that finish line.
Each and every day I get out there and walk is a good testimony of my faith in my ability to do this.
All is well in my world.
