Just Do It!

Today I felt like a Nike commercial. I'm tired. Still recovering from the weekend. I did not want to get out there today but I did it anyhow. It started off rough...hands cold...tight back...things started getting better. I stopped and stretched a bit at the halfway point. Thing turned sour during the last five minutes. I think it's because I started thinking about how I was almost done. I could feel the tears welling up in my eyes. Before I knew it, I was done. Thank you, God! I did it. It was not cute but I did it. Now, I'm off to take a power nap.
