Whew! I'm done. I went back to Weeks 1 - 2. Mentally, I feel better being able to finish the entire workout. Since it's still challenging to me, I know I'm still getting a great workout.
I do have a confession to make. I had a Dairy Queen blizzard today. I went a whole 13 days without any junk food. Oh well, tomorrow is another day.
