I had a great workout this morning. I really pushed myself to run a little faster. I feel pretty good. No aches. I still iced my knees as a precaution. While I am taking it one workout at a time, I am thinking long term. I really want to do the Peachtree Road Race and a half marathon next year. My planking is coming along nicely too!
