10,000 Steps - Update

This challenge is proving to be more challenging than I thought. Here are my stats so far this month:

1- 5,694
2- 4,293
3- 2,135 (This was my first day back to work)
4- 3,376
5- 4,608
6- I forgot to wear the pedometer!
7 - 3,096
8- I forgot again!
9- 5,908

One one thing this challenge is doing is helping me to stay conscious about moving throughout the day. I'm determined to hit 10,000 steps before the end of the month.
