February Update
I've been doing well.
I'm doing 45 minute workout six days a week. The seventh day is an active rest day. Last week I added strength training twice a week. One day upper body; the other is lower body.
I also made some changes to my food plan. Increasing my fruits and veggies, and my water intake. I'm also decreasing the caffeine. OMG! Withdrawing from the caffeine has been hell. I've had a headache for about eight days now.
Getting off the sugar was nothing compared to the caffeine. By the way, it's been 140 days since I've had any recreational sugar. Yay!
